As a massage therapist In practice for 10 years, the only thing I would change about this massage is the direction of massaging the limbs (arms and legs). Always, always massage toward the heart. Not away. In other words, instead of massaging downward on the limbs. Try massaging upwards. It helps the veins bring the blood back up easily for oxygenating with the heart and lungs. Also, the veins are not designed for bold to go backwards because they have valves that keep it from reversing. So massaging agains the flow can have negative effects. Other than that this is a great demonstration ☺️
