SnowStoppers Kid's Waterproof Stay On Winter Nylon Mittens Extra Small / 6-18 Months Black

The ultimate, must have winter accessory for kids! these patented nylon snow mittens from snowstoppers will keep your kid’s hands warm and dry in the snow and cold weather all winter. The elegantly simple snowstoppers sleeve stops the snow from getting in to the wrist between the coat and mitten. It is worn under the outer clothing and extends up the arm towards the elbow. They have a fully waterproof drypel liner, thinsulate insulation and they don’t fall off! available in a variety of sizes and bright colors! Note: the extra small size is for 6 to 18 month olds and have no thumbs to struggle with. Their little hands stay warmer with all the fingers together and it’s next to impossible to get their thumbs in the right spot in mittens with thumbs at that age anyway!

  • Patented snowstopper sleeve
  • Fully waterproof drypel liner ~ Thinsulate insulation
  • NO THUMBS makes it easier to get on
  • They are fully Waterproof and they don’t fall off!
  • Outer shell 100% Nylon, Cuff 100% Acrylic, Inner Lining 100% Polyester, Insulation 65% Olefin and 35 % Polyester. Hand wash with warm water, no bleach. Lay flat to dry.

I have a very busy little guy who loses mittens like nobody’s business. Even when he managed to keep them on, they tended to soak through on his many trips into puddles and snow drifts. The SnowStoppers keep his hands warm and dry by being waterproof but more importantly by staying on. The extra-long cuffs go well up his forearm to create a tight fit and keep them from losing them. In the heavy use he’s put them to since we got them, one of the mittens almost came off once. Almost. Once. Impressive.

Like many parents, I was trying to find some sort of miracle mitten for my son this winter. The others either slide off, or get pulled off, but not these. I ordered the XS, and he is almost 19 months. At first I thought they would be way too small, but once I got the sleeve pulled up his arm, I realized that they were actually a perfect fit. They are just what I was looking for. They fit fine under his snowsuit, and they stay on. He lasted all of ten minutes in the snow, but that’s another story.
