N’Ice Caps TM boys trains/planes/cars multi color embroidered sherpa lined micro fleece hat and mitten set. Adjustable velcro chin strap, elastic on mitten wrist, hanging tassel on hat. Colors: black/multi, navy/multi, charcoal/multi. 5 sizes. One size fits 3 months; One size fits 3-6 months; One size fits 6-18 months; One size fits 2T-4T; One size fits 4-7 years. For infant sizes up to 18 months, the mittens do not have thumbs. For the larger sizes 2T-4T and 4-7 years, the mittens have thumbs. Tested and approved as per CPSIA standards.

    I like this hats that have a Velcro chin strap for my kids because they can’t pull them off easily. Unfortunately, not many toddler hats have this option! This one does, has a cute design, and the matching mittens were great too. This fit my son last winter when he was 1 to 1 and a half.
