Never even thought of I just happened up on this… not my thing, but I swear I'm going to do this THIS year. What else can you make with those this unit?

I'm just wondering if the machine can knit double stranded with Red Heart yarn. I know you said that on the first row the machine makes clicking sounds because the yarn gets a little tight. I double strand my hats by hand and use Red Heart, it's thicker more insulated and are more durable. It seems that machine can also fold the brim and knit it into the hat (the way I do with looms) I probably would be ok with it not being double stranded just as long as I can cast on the folded brim. Can it do that?

I really love this hat, and the way it is reversible! I am looking to buy a knitting machine and have a question, if anyone can help it'd be great! So this machine has 46 needles – for knitting in the round, will it always produce the same circumference? Do you have to get a machine with much fewer needles for example to knit a wrist warmer/leg warmer? Or just a smaller machine, with thinner needles? Can you use different yarn weights/thicknesses in it? I'd love to know! I'd also love to know if it is possible to knit socks on these machines – I knit socks in the round on 4 needles by hand at the moment, and love to do so with fine yarn, but it takes far too long – It would be great if there were a way of doing the heel with this machine, so that the long stretches take less time!

I know that you did not count how many rows. Can you tell me how much each ball weight. Thanks
