This one fits great on his hand, you just have to remember depending on how advanced your baby is and even if they are not thats fine but they bleep their hands in a closed position pretty often so even though there is room at the top. They may not reach all the way, which is why the strap is pretty great at keeping the mitten in place without rubbing against the skin.
