|Great customer service, and jacket comes in 2 types of material.,
I wanted thank the seller and the positive experience I received as well. When the product arrived, I find the material nice but a bit too thick for the warm weather we have in California during spring now, and also it was not too stretchy, so I looked up the manufacturer’s website to see if they make the jacket in other lighter/ thinner material, and sure enough I read that they have the 100% organic cotton blend and also another that is bamboo blend that is thinner and more stretchy. So I looked at the jacket I got, and sure enough it was the thicker 100% cotton one, so I emailed the seller/ manufacturer and told them I wanted the bamboo blend instead. Although I didn’t know they had 2 types of material, the one I ordered from Amazon actually says Bamboo blend, so the seller emailed back and said they will shipped me a replacement, which I did get quickly, and I didn’t even have to return the original 100% cotton one…. Which is great since now that I have 2 jackets, I have another to use when one is soiled or in the wash.
I plan to buy more since my baby wears it 24/7 and now that he is crawling, the sleeves can get dirty quite fast.
