One size fits 12-18 months; One size fits 18-36 months; One size fits 3-5yrs. For the infant size 12-18 months, the mittens do not have thumbs. For sizes 18-36 months and 3-5 years the mittens have thumbs. Tested and approved as per CPSIA standards.
