The set comes with a hat, knit scarf and a pair of fingerless mittens. The hat has a pom pom on the top and the inside is lined with fleece. There are also earflaps on the hat so earmuffs necessary. I did notice a small tear on the seam of the hat right after I took this out of the bag, which calls the durability of the material into question. All fabric is 100% acrylic fabric. The mittens are made with a thin material that feel like socks and have about 5″ long fingers and a thicker 1.5″ cuff. The scarf is made from the same knit material and measure 46” long. It has simple finished edges. These are all fairly lightweight fabrics and may be fine for cooler fall weather for your kids, but don’t count on them keeping your kids toasty and protected from snow and ice in the dead of winter. The hat may do a better job since it is lined with fleece.
