Very nice gloves, way too big for a toddler. Will fit maybe 4 yrs old?, December 6, 2013

I’m not sure why it is so difficult to find toddler-sized gloves. We have an upcoming trip my son needs very warm gloves for. He is 20mths and tall for his age (90th percentile). When his hands are in these gloves, there is 1 to 1.5 inches of glove extending beyond his fingertips. Way too big to be practical. Had they been a good size, they would be great gloves. The velcro wrist strap allows you to get a nice snug fit to keep the gloves on. There is a clip to hold the gloves to each other when not in use. There is a soft lining like the end of the wrists on a sweatshirt (not shown in photo) that extends past the waterproof part of the glove, making the glove longer on the arm inside the coat sleeve. The palm has some grippy rubbery material across it (just the palm, not the fingers). They are well-made and really are a miniature of something you would expect to see made for an adult. Unfortunately they are just not miniature enough to be called “toddler.” They would need to be half the size that they currently are, in order to fit my son.

Like all the other posts here, these gloves are huge. They were intended for my 4 year old daughter but instead I might have to give them to my 11 year old. And they’re even too big for her. Why in the world would they describe these as Toddler size 2 – 4 year old. In no way would any toddler ever be able to wear these.

These gloves are great in general. They are warm and waterproof, which is what we were looking for. However, they are just a bit too big for my 3 1/2 year old daughter’s hands.
